THE FIRST RESULTS OF PROVIDING SERVICES TO THE CLIENTS OF EMS RUSSIAN POST

On October 23, 2013 contact centers of BEEPER started providing services to the clients of “EMS Russian Post” – branch of the Federal Unitary Enterprise “Russian Post”. According to the conditions of the tender, BEEPER organized a contact center for processing incoming and outgoing calls.

The project was promptly prepared for launch: they developed and tested special software, purchased and installed the necessary professional Cisco equipment. In high-tech offices in Volgograd and Barnaul there were over 180 working places for agents carrying out the project. During two months they processed over 450 thousand calls. The maximum work load takes place now, on holiday eves: in the first days of December there already were almost 10 000 calls every day.

Clients of «EMS Russian Post» can be sure that their post cards and parcels will reach their destination: BEEPER provides continuous processing of incoming call requests. There are also backup facilities of channels and surplus number of agents. The Service Level is already over 97 %.
