THE BRAND BEEPER IS 18 YEARS OLD!

One of the leading brands of outsourcing contact centers was founded on October 29, 1995. During these 18 years the company has developed, trying to outrun the time, adopting new technologies. The evolution of the company went step by step. New companies entered the Group, a team was formed, principles and company’s mission were established.

Today, 11 contact centers in Russia and 2 centers in Ukraine work as part of BEEPER.

BEEPER holds the first place in the number of agent workstations offered and according to the ranking by RBC research of 2013, it is in the top four of the leading contact centers in Russia. 

Due to the centralization of management, adoption of general standards and optimization of business processes BEEPER had a chance to accomplish the most challenging projects. For example, among the Partners of BEEPER are “Rostelecom”, “Sberbank” and “Federal Unitary Enterprise “Russian Post” that entrusted BEEPER with their clients. Such projects prove the quality of chosen strategies for business development. This is also proven by the high growth rate, strictly regulated working procedures, advanced technologies and big potential of BEEPER. 

The beginning of the next stage of company’s development was marked by the creation of a new corporate style that unites traits of modern and young styles and high performance.
