Sberbank of Russia entrusted BEEPER with the following goals: providing reference and information services to the existing and potential clients, selling the main and additional services of the bank via outgoing telephone calls or processing clients’ requests.
Every day millions of clients call Sberbank. The bank, having its own contact center, has attracted additional resources of remote operation in order to provide quality services and optimize costs of communication. To accomplish this project there will be up to 280 agents in two offices of BEEPER. According to plans, every month there will be 30 000 hours of continuous communications with clients.
