The annual “Top Ranking Performers in the Contact Center World” Conference was held in Las Vegas, November 10-14, 2014. It’s the most world famous contact center industry event in 2014, which gathered professionals of in-house and outsourcing contact centers all over the world.

BEEPER won the silver medal for the unique agents’ performance quality control methodology and was represented by the branch director in Ukraine, Elena Levchenko.

International experts approved the practical use of the methodology for different projects of any scale and complexity for different business fields:  finance and insurance, telecom, medicine, production and sales of consumer goods etc. The quality control system implemented in BEEPER helps to form service standards and improve all KPI’s with the direct impact on the financial results of every project. That is why our methodology aroused particular interest among delegates of several countries. As a result, it’s planned to test and implement BEEPER’S quality control technologies in several contact centers of foreign companies.
