ON MAY 17TH AND 18TH THE EMPLOYEES OF BEEPER’S COMMERCIAL SERVICES PARTICIPATED IN THE TRAINING “TECHNOLOGY OF SALES IN THE B2B MARKET“

On May 17th and 18th the employees of BEEPER™’s commercial services participated in the training “"Technology of sales in the B2B market”.

Among the participants were the project managers and sales managers.

The purpose of the training was to give an idea of the peculiarities of sales in the corporate market, check out the current level of knowledge of the participants in the sphere of collection and analysis of customer information and methods of procurement.

Judging by the feedback from the participants, the training was interesting due to the practical part, which is never too much. It’s the practice which helps to develop the tools of successful cooperation. The participants of the training were asked to look at the process of negotiating in a new perspective and try to understand the reasons of customer objections and find the ways to deal with them. It is the practical focus of the training, which has become a major advantage of the training.

The ability to negotiate a partnership: negotiation skills are extremely important for the employees of commercial divisions, who work directly with the clients.
