UKRAINIAN COMPANY AMONG THE LEADERS OF THE CONTACT-CENTRE MARKET IN THE EMEA REGION

The conference was attended by professionals of in-house and outsourcing call-centers of Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

It was the largest event in 2010, which was represented by a significant number of interesting reports by professionals from the UK, Ireland, South Africa, Germany, Portugal, Turkey, Greece, Finland, Russia, Bulgaria and other countries, who were rigorously pre-selected by an international jury and can be considered the best in their regions.
This year, for the first time Ukraine participated in the conference and represented BEEPER™, which has for more than 10 years provided services of the outsourcing Contact centre using all possible channels of communication.

The conference programme included a competition for the best solutions in different areas of contact center’ activity in various categories. The participants shared their experience in the management of Contact centres, approaches in the personnel management and motivation systems, discussed the issues of improving the efficiency and profitability of projects, innovations and prospects of the market.
The competition was evaluated by a jury, whose members have industry practices of not less than 5 years and by all the participants of the conference.

Beeper Contact Centre was awarded in two categories:
1. In the category “Industry Champion Awards” Elena Levchenko, President of the Company was named 2010 Industry Champion for Ukraine.
2. “Beeper” became a finalist of the CONTACT CENTRE COMPANY AWARDS in the category “Best Outsourcing Partnership” in the EMEA region.

Among the finalists of the competition there were also such companies as: Qatar Telecom, group of companies Mellon, Garanti Bank, Competence Call Centre, PT Contact, 60K, National Bank of Greece, Carnival UK, Teleperformance Portugal, Novia Finland Oy, Sportingbet, XL World, Call Centre Dynamics, Global Bilgi Turkey, Softline Pastel and others.

Honoring and rewarding of the best representatives of the Contact-center industry in Europe, Middle East and Africa was held at the closing gala dinner.

Regional champions will represent their companies at the World Conference in Las Vegas in November 2010.
