Last year was highly productive for one of the leaders of the outsourcing contact centers market: the Group of companies BEEPER. According to general statistics among all the company’s contact centers, the total amount of calls was over 101 million, over 80 million of them were processed by the agents, and 21 million of calls were processed automatically.

The total amount of time that agents spent providing information services to customers was over 188 million minutes.

A very important direction of BEEPER’s work is telemarketing: selling goods or services by phone. For the last year workers of our company’s contact centers made about 37 million successful contacts with clients. The total amount of outgoing calls was 38 million minutes.

Behind those figures stands the hard and dedicated work performed by the big BEEPER team.

Dmitry Kisilyov (the director of LLC “Info-Content”): "Last year was extremely successful for us. The company showed stable growth and increased the quantity of contact centers in Russia. In December a new office was opened in Volgograd and a few months before that, in October, we opened a contact center in Saransk. The first two months of 2014 have passed and soon we are opening a new contact center for our partners”.
