Every day millions of clients call Sberbank. Bank, having its own contact center, attracted additional resources for distant clients servicing in order to increase the quality of services. To accomplish the project there will be 280 agents in two BEEPER offices. Total average time of work is estimated for 30000 hours of continuous communication with clients.
