A new BEEPER call-centre in Barnaul will start receiving calls from October 16. The call centre with 500 jobs will provide high-quality customer service in the field of reference and information and technical support to the customer’s clients 24 hours a day. The technical base of the contact centre allows to take and efficiently serve 960 calls at a time.
The main partner in the establishment of the Call-centre was BEEPER™. The new call-centre is able to process more than 200,000 calls per day. About a thousand of operators and employees of the centre will serve nearly 20 million residents of Siberia.
