BEEPER™ has been providing customer care services since 1996, keeping in-step with the best new tools and technologies in the field of telecommunications and business development and expanding the range of our services.

Ours is a history of technological development, expansion of service portfolio and continuous improvement of our services and products.

2014 A contact center in Saransk was opened.
Participation in the project “Direct Line to the President”
2013 We opened a new contact centre in Volgograd. Projects of remote customer service for «Sberbank Russia» and «EMS Russian Post» were launched. Functions of remote customer service of JSC “Rostelecom” Macro-Regional Branch (MRB) Volga were outsourced to us, and a number of projects of centralization of services for JSC “Rostelecom” MRB North West, MRB South, MRB Siberia, MRB Volga were implemented. A project of "Rostelecom's" remote mobile customer services  was implemented. BEEPER's personnel took part in providing “Direct Line with the President of the Russian Federation”.

We opened new contact centre in Barnaul. Project “Establishment of Unified Payment Processing Centre (UPPC) of the Siberian Federal District” was implemented. Functions of remote customer service of JSC “Rostelecom” MRB North West,  MRB South, MRB Centre were outsourced to us. BEEPER's personnel provided services related to the elections of the President of the Russian Federation. The project for the shifting of directory services (09 and 009), from St. Petersburg to Kurgan and Saransk, was implemented.


Functions of remote customer service of The Regional Telephone Company (RTC), in the Siberian Federal District, were outsourced to us. We opened a new contact centre at Zhitomir, Ukraine. 

2010 Project “Centralization of Technical Support Service of the Ural Federal District and Perm region” was implemented in Kurgan.
2009 Project “Establishment of Unified Payment Processing Centre (UPPC) in the Ural Federal District and Perm region” was implemented. A unique multipurpose methodology of assessment of efficiency and quality of work of agents was introduced.
2007 Establishment of “Info-Content”, LLC, Ekaterinburg, Russia - the parent company of BEEPER™ Group of companies. 
2004 The following projects were implemented: branded information services of mobile operators of Ukraine; support of online trade with online payment using debit and credit cards. 
2001 The BEEPER™ subdivision was setup-Telemarketing was established as the company’s business activity.
1999 The first outsourcing contact centre was established in Ukraine.
The project of ISP customer support was implemented.
1996 BEEPER™ was the leader in paging services market, in Ukraine, with 30% of Ukrainian market share

“Eastern European Communication Services”, LLC, the first company of BEEPER™ (Kiev, Ukraine), was established.
